At Sweeping Hands, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so in line with your statutory rights or in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy.
How to Return an Item
Items purchased from Sweeping Hands may be returned under the following terms:

- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase (for in-person sales) or 14 days of delivery (for online purchases).

Condition of Items:
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch invoice) must be provided.

- Order details (e.g., order number)
- A description of the item(s) you wish to return
We will respond with further instructions.
Entitlement to a Refund
When your return meets the requirements outlined above, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price:
- Refunds will reflect any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
- Shipping costs, if paid, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Processing Returns

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item following the steps above and indicate your exchange request in your email.
- Specify the item you’d like to exchange for (e.g., a different size, color, or model).

- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable or differs in price, we will issue a refund instead, and you may place a new order for an alternative item.
Warranty
Items sold by Sweeping Hands may not include the manufacturer’s warranty. However, we provide a comprehensive in-house warranty for every watch sold. For details, please review our Warranty Terms available on our website.
Your Statutory Rights
This Return and Refund Policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way.
For example:
- If an item is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose, you may have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement.
